We get it! Life with toddlers can be unpredictable. That’s why we’ve designed a flexible (but clear) policy to help you plan while keeping things fair for everyone. Refunds will only be made if cancellations are done at least 2 days before the event. All purchases are considered final within 48 hours of the event. Here are our refund, reschedule and cancellation policy specific to different offerings.

👩‍🍳 1:1 Consultations

Can’t make your session? No problem.

You may reschedule your 1:1 consultation for a future date with at least 24 hours’ notice. Just email us at [your email address] and we’ll help you rebook.

💻 Virtual Group Classes

We don’t offer refunds for missed group classes, but you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a future session of equal value if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

🧺 In-Person Workshops

In-person workshop registrations are non-refundable and non-reschedulable, but you may transfer your spot to another family if you’re unable to attend.

Please email us their name and contact info at least 2 hours before the workshop begins.

📬 Digital Products

All purchases of digital content (e.g., printables, lesson plans, or downloads) are final, non-transferrable and non-refundable. Thanks for understanding. We work hard to create thoughtful, engaging experiences for you and your little ones. This policy helps us prepare, purchase, and staff each offering properly, and we appreciate your support.
