👩‍🍳 1:1 Consultations

Can’t make your session? No problem. You may reschedule your 1:1 consultation for a future date with at least 24 hours’ notice. Just email us at [your email address] and we’ll help you rebook.

💻 Virtual Group Classes

We don’t offer refunds for missed group classes, but you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a future session of equal value if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

🧺 In-Person Workshops

In-person workshop registrations are non-refundable and non-reschedulable, but you may transfer your spot to another family if you’re unable to attend. Please email us their name and contact info at least 2 hours before the workshop begins.

📬 Physical Products

All purchases of physical products can be returned, and refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, if products are unused and defective, within 14 days of delivery. For all other returns, email us for specific scenarios. Shipping fee may apply before refunds are issued in most circumstances. Thanks for understanding.

📬 Digital Products

All purchases of digital content (e.g., printables, lesson plans, or downloads) are final, non-transferrable and non-refundable. Thanks for understanding.
