- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Pumpkin Spice – 1 teaspoon
- Maple Syrup – 2 teaspoon
- Hemp Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
- Apple – 1 (we used a mix of 1/2 honey crisp and 1/2 granny smith for color interest)
3: Pour milk , pumpkin spice and maple syrup
5: Take off heat. Transfer to serving bowl
