Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 apple

  • Cutting Board
  • Serving Board
  • Toddler knife
  • Saucepan
  • Measuring Spoon

Method
 

  1. Chop the apple with a grown up’s help
    1 apple
  2. Add oats to saucepan
    1/3 cup rolled oats
  3. Pour milk , pumpkin spice and maple syrup
    1/2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice, 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  4. Cook for about 10 minutes. Grown up can help stir
  5. Take off heat. Transfer to serving bowl
  6. Add chopped apples and garnish with hemp seeds
    1/2 teaspoon hemp seeds
