- Chop the apple with a grown up’s help1 apple
- Add oats to saucepan1/3 cup rolled oats
- Pour milk , pumpkin spice and maple syrup1/2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice, 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- Cook for about 10 minutes. Grown up can help stir
- Take off heat. Transfer to serving bowl
- Add chopped apples and garnish with hemp seeds1/2 teaspoon hemp seeds
