Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl

No cook, customizable, egg-free breakfast packed with protein, healthy fats, and fiber.

  • 2 Tablespoons Cottage cheese
  • 1 Banana 
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hemp seeds
  • 2 teaspoon Granola 
  • Honey Optional
  • Dried herbs Optional

  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Knife
  • Measuring Cup or spoons

Method
 

  1. Slice the banana into small pieces

  2. Scoop cottage cheese into bowl
    2 Tablespoons Cottage cheese
  3. Add granola
    2 teaspoon Granola 
  4. Add hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds
    1 teaspoon Pumpkin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon Hemp seeds
  5. Add banana slices
    1 Banana 
  6. (Optional) Sprinkle dried herbs

  7. (Optional) Drizzle honey
