Cut Tofu into big blocks
1 packet Tofu
Put aside the blocks in a bowl or plate
Put the herbs in a small bowl
1 teaspoon lemon balm, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon honey
Add olive oil
1/2 cup olive oil
Add salt
Salt
Add black pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Marinate the tofu by mixing the herbs and oil mix and set aside
Hold an asparagus and bend it—it’ll snap where the tough part ends
1 bunch Asparagus
Lay a parchment paper on the baking sheet and lay flat
Add the marinated tofu, asparagus and lemon
1 lemon
Ask an adult to put it in preheated oven
At about 10 minutes, ask an adult to flip everything and bake for another 10 minutes
The food is ready to be enjoyed warm!
