- Ask a grown up to preheat the oven to 350 F
- Add the ingredients to the blender1 cup pumpkin puree, 1 cup pitted dates, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 cups rolled oats, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt, 2 teaspoon pumpkin spice, 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Break 3 eggs in a bowl. Remove shells (if any)3 eggs
- Transfer the eggs to the blender
- With a grown-ups help, blend everything until smooth
- Scoop into silicone muffin cup lined muffin tin. And bake for about 20 minutes
- Let cool for 15 minutes and then enjoy!
