Yogurt Parfait

No prep, healthy and easy to make probiotic snack. Best part - we don't need the ingredients measured. "Some" is the most appropriate measurement here!

Course: Breakfast, Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Granola
  • 1/2 Tbsp seeds and nuts pumpkin seeds, mixed nuts
  • 1 handful berries and fruit strawberries, blueberries, bananas
  • 1 spoonful natural dyes Spirulina for blue, butterfly pea flower power for purple, beet powder for red etc.

Equipment

  • 1 parfait cup Or any cup
  • 1 spoon

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt with desired food color
  2. Put yogurt into the serving cup
  3. Time to add nuts and seeds
  4. Add granola
  5. Mix in fruit(s) of choice.
  6. Repeat layers as needed
